This isn't a break-fix role.
We're rebuilding how IT support works across a multi-entity construction and services group — and AI is at the centre of it. We want someone who uses Claude or similar tools already (or is genuinely trying to), who gets curious about how a business actually runs, and who sees automation as the job, not a side project.
The helpdesk work is real and it matters. But the bigger opportunity is getting deep into our ERP systems, building reports that actually help field teams, supporting AI implementation projects hands-on, and finding ways to make repetitive work disappear.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Own the IT helpdesk — triage, resolve, and escalate tickets across multiple business units.
· Work across our ERP and operational platforms (Prime, QuickBase, Procore, FoundU, Microsoft 365) — learning them well enough to train people and build useful reports.
· Use Claude and other AI tools daily — to move faster, document better, and find smarter ways to solve problems.
· Provide hands-on support to our AI implementation lead — testing, configuration, data prep, whatever's needed to ship.
· Manage user access, security compliance, and monthly IT audits across all entities.
· Build and improve reports and interfaces within our systems to support operational delivery.
· Keep documentation current and processes tight.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· AI-native mindset — you're already using AI tools in your daily work, or you're actively building that habit.
· Solid IT support fundamentals — hardware, software, M365, access management, endpoint security.
· Fast learner — we run a lot of platforms and that's not changing. You pick things up, document them, and move on.
· Comfortable with ERP systems — or very motivated to get there. Experience building reports is a genuine plus.
· Communicates clearly — you're talking to tradies, coordinators, and directors. Adjust accordingly.
· Self-directed — you manage your own queue and your own standards without being chased.
· Calm when things break — which they will. You don't escalate the drama, just the ticket.

ABOUT THE GROUP
Aizer Group is a building services company operating across Queensland — insurance rectification, strata, commercial, roofing, and remediation. Zweck Group Services is the internal shared services division covering IT, finance, HR, and AI/automation for all entities.
The offshore team is based in Fiji and provides operational support across the group. This role sits within that team.
