This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and effective problem resolution, enhancing user satisfaction, and contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure. The incumbent will utilize their in-depth knowledge to address more intricate technical challenges, automate tasks and collaborate with other IT teams, and support the growth and development of junior support staff.
