2. Services Provided

MyJobsFiji provides an online job advertising platform that brings Job Seekers and Employers together across Fiji. Users may register, create profiles, post job listings, search for roles, and manage applications through the Platform.

• Job Seekers must provide honest, accurate, and genuine information at all times
• Employers are encouraged to communicate with all applicants regarding the status of their application as a matter of good practice
• MyJobsFiji reserves the right to purge or delete job listings and associated applications that are more than three months old
• Multiple or suspicious Job Seeker accounts will be removed without notice

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Employer plans are offered on a prepaid basis. Payment is required prior to a listing going live on the Platform. All prices are listed in Fijian Dollars (FJD).

The following refund policy applies:

• Where no job listing has been posted under a purchased plan, a full refund will be provided upon request
• Where one or more job listings have been posted under a purchased plan, a credit to the value of the unused portion will be applied to the account
• Credits are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period of the original plan

4. Privacy Policy

MyJobsFiji takes the privacy of its users seriously. Personal data collected on the Platform is handled in accordance with the following principles:

• Job Seeker personal data, including name (mandatory), email address (mandatory), and telephone number (optional), will be made available to Employers for the sole purpose of connecting with suitable candidates
• Personal data may be used by MyJobsFiji to notify users of news and promotional offers relating to the Platform only
• Users may unsubscribe from notifications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any communication, or by contacting info@myjobsfiji.com
• MyJobsFiji will never disclose user personal data to any third party

5. Acceptable Use

Users must use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of job advertising and candidate search. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Contacting MyJobsFiji users for any purpose other than the advertised hiring process
• Contacting MyJobsFiji users to offer products or services from any third party organisation
• Posting any content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or offensive
• Reproducing or using any text, images, or content from the Platform for personal or commercial purposes without written permission
• Providing false or inaccurate information in any profile or job listing

MyJobsFiji does not accept responsibility for untruthful or inaccurate information submitted by users. MyJobsFiji reserves the right to edit or remove any content submitted to the Platform at its discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyJobsFiji Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of MyJobsFiji and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without the express written consent of MyJobsFiji.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyJobsFiji provides the Platform on an as-is basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, MyJobsFiji will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

MyJobsFiji does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users, including the content of job listings or candidate profiles, and accepts no liability in relation to any hiring decisions made by Employers or Job Seekers using the Platform.

8. Cookies Policy

MyJobsFiji uses cookies to improve the functionality and performance of the Platform. A cookie is a small file containing an identifier that is sent by a web server to your browser and stored on your device. This identifier is returned to the server each time your browser requests a page.

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the Platform. Google Analytics uses cookies to generate statistical information about website usage. This information is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.
