Food & Beverage Manager Interisland cruise ship, day cruises to privateisland, charters and dinner cruises The company is seeking candidates with the following attributes: • Customer service focus. • Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality majoring in Food and Beverage or equivalent. • Experience in a similar role. • Ability to establish and meet financial targets, KPI’s, policies and procedures • Sound knowledge and management of purchasing and stock control. • Effectively perform the operational duties of the department including on the job training, food safety, OHS, rostering and succession planning. • Innovative Food & Beverage product development. • A team player with reasonable flexibility with working hours as the business levels dictate. • Working knowledge of various office and cash register computer software programmes.
