Reservation Sales Officer – Mainland Office (Nadi)

This role is the voice and pen behind first impressions for Mantaray Island Resort. You'll turn enquiries into bookings and represent our island hospitality, even from behind a desk in Nadi.

What We're Looking For

We care as much about attitude and reliability as we do about skills. The right person for this role:

• Shows up on time, every time, and takes ownership of their work

• Has excellent written and spoken English

• Brings genuine customer service or sales experience (tourism experience a bonus)

• Is comfortable with OTAs and wholesalers, or eager to learn

• Stays organized under pressure and juggles multiple bookings without dropping the ball

• Has a positive, can-do attitude and treats guests the way they'd want to be treated

• MYOB knowledge is a plus

• Is flexible to work weekends and public holidays when the role requires it

• Has sales and reservations experience — this is a must

What You'll Do

• Respond to reservation enquiries via email, phone, and other channels, professionally and promptly

• Give guests and agents accurate info on room types, rates, and resort services

• Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations with care and accuracy

• Confidently upsell meal plans, activities, and packages

• Keep reservation records and reports accurate and up to date

• Support the wider office and reservations team as needed
