JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process supplier invoices and payments in a timely manner
Reconcile account statements for both local and overseas suppliers.
Prepare and reconcile petty cash.
Maintain documents and records properly to ensure all files are kept up to date.
Carry out other accounting functions as needed to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data on accounts.
Confidently liaise with suppliers both by phone and in person.
Any other duties assigned by the Accounts Manager & Managing Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Year 13/Form 7 education with some experience in the accounts field would be an added advantage.
A fast learner with solid attention to detail.
Able to work outside of Normal Working Hours at short notice.
Excellent command of written & spoken English.
Computer literate and competent in using MS Office Package and MYOB.
Strong organizational & time management skills.
