Accounts Officer
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Officer to support our growing manufacturing and sales operations. If you are passionate about accounting, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with numbers, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Process supplier invoices, customer billing, reconciliations, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash management activities.
- Support inventory accounting and production cost tracking.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial reports, assist with budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain proper filing systems and accounting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Support audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of tax and compliance requirements.
