Job Description

This role manages client engagements or components of some larger-scale engagements, as well as contributing quality work on the engagement.

Provides technical knowledge, direction and training to our people, coordinates engagement management and effectively utilises resources as appropriate. Manages engagements to consistently achieve specific revenue and profit objectives and delivers designated engagement realisation.

Increases focus on business development, building networks across the practice and people development activities.

Qualifications

• To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience should include:
• Relevant university degree/certifications (Service line specific)
• Postgraduate qualifications desirables
• Relevant experience and exposure to IFRS, including CAANZ/CPA, is required.
• Minimum 6 years+ of business experience, preferably within a professional services firm or from industry.
• Prior relevant, external experience within a competitor or industry firm.
• Demonstration of market knowledge and technical capabilities relevant to individual roles and specialisation.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and business development skills, with the ability to build strong relationships within teams and with clients.
