The position will be based at the Energy Fiji Limited’s Navutu Depot, and will report to the Manager Land Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the survey team in field line surveys; control surveys;
Identify EFL surveyed boundaries; assist with topographic and cadastral surveys;
Schedule and prioritize field survey activities to ensure deadlines are met;
Process data and make calculations gathered from field work and surveys;
Record results of survey and prepare survey plots in a timely manner;
Research legal documents, survey records and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries;
Monitor and update progress of survey works carried out by EFL’s survey service providers for EFL’s land title surveys;
Prepare regular and special reports as when required;
Responsible for the time keeping and practical training of personnel under his control;
