The Role
The bakery operates 24 hours a day and produces at volume across a wide range of lines, including bulk cakes, sweets, meat pies, bread and other baked goods for our wholesale customers and our own retail and QSR outlets.
You will manage a team of up to 30 bakers and production staff, reporting to the Group Operations Manager.
