As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a professional, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Nadi Martintar.

About the Role

• This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting effective marketing initiatives.
• The successful candidate will play an important role in driving sales growth, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting business development across Fiji’s corporate, industrial and wholesale

Key Responsibilities

•  Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale and corporate clients.
•  Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across targeted market sectors.
•  Prepare professional quotations, product proposals, and sales presentations tailored to   customer needs.
• Coordinate marketing activities, including catalogues, social media content, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
• Support trade shows, client visits, and corporate uniform presentations.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to provide insights that support business planning.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams on stock availability, pricing, promotions, and specific customer requirements.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or business development; wholesale or B2B experience will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Confidence using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Canva, and email campaign tools.
• A self-motivated, organized, and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A valid driver’s license, as regular client visits may be required.
• Knowledge of corporate uniforms, workwear, or the apparel industry will be an added advantage, but is not essential.
