💰 Accounts Receivable Officer

📍 Nadi, Fiji | Full Time, Permanent

Are you confident with numbers, great at keeping accounts on track and not afraid to follow up overdue payments?

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team in Nadi. This is a hands on role where you’ll take ownership of customer accounts, invoicing, reconciliations, collections and AR reporting while working as part of a supportive and growing team.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the end to end Accounts Receivable process
• Prepare, review and process invoices, credit notes and adjustments
• Monitor aged debtors and actively follow up outstanding accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and AR ledgers
• Investigate and resolve billing and account queries
• Prepare ageing reports and cash collection forecasts
• Support month end and year end AR close
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to keep accounts accurate and up to date

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Around 3 to 5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
• Experience using an ERP or recognised accounting system
• Strong reconciliation and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence following up debt and resolving customer queries
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to support the wider Finance team
