Customer Support & Rostering Assistant
SOS Outsourcing – Namaka, Nadi, Fiji

SOS Outsourcing is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll support one of our largest clients in a critical part of their operations within the Australian aged care sector. This client provides essential services to vulnerable members of the community, meaning your work will have a direct and meaningful impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with rostering and scheduling support
  • Communicating with staff and stakeholders via phone and systems
  • Responding to changes and resolving issues in real time
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Shift

Previous experience is not required. Experience in rostering, scheduling, or similar roles will be an advantage but not essential.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Nadi
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Able to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
