THE ROLE:
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) Oversees the daily operation of the HR Department. Duties and responsibilities of the HRM include, but are not limited to:
Staff Recruitment, Selection and Appraisals.
Manpower Planning & Departmental Manning Budgets.
Employee Relations, Benefits and Wellbeing.
