We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, grow market share, and drive high-performing sales teams across Fiji.

The Role

As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the national sales plan across retail, corporate/B2B, and key account channels. You will manage sales performance, develop people, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the national sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Sales Managers, supervisors, and frontline teams to build a strong sales culture.
  • Drive growth across key channels (retail, wholesale, corporate/B2B, and projects as applicable).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure accurate sales visibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to plan campaigns, product launches, promotions, and in-store execution.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure best practice in pricing, margin management, and customer service standards.
  • Support branch/store execution and ensure consistent national sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in sales leadership, ideally in electronics, IT , FMCG, retail, or distribution.
  • Product Knowledge in Solar, Electrical, Electronics, and Computers.
  • Strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets at a national or multi-branch level.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margin, promotions, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
  • Comfortable with travel across Fiji as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools (CRM experience preferred).
  • Clean driver’s license preferred.
