NOW HIRING: PROJECT DIRECTOR, FIJI Tourism Capital Partners is appointing a Fiji-based Project Director to deliver Sorena Naisoso, a multi-phase resort development on Naisoso Island, minutes from Nadi International airport. Stage 1 is a 128-key resort under a global hotel brand, announcement pending, delivered through an international volumetric modular programme. Modules are manufactured offshore and completed on island. Two further stages sit behind it under an FJD 200M+ masterplan. You direct the modular works construction manager, the local works construction manager and the offshore manufacturing partner. You coordinate architects, interior designers, engineers, brand representatives, the financier and internal stakeholders. The mandate runs from project start-up and mobilisation through construction, commissioning and the handover to hotel operations.
