Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited - Financial Systems Analyst - Suva

LOCATION: Suva

KEY DUTIES:

• Provide ongoing support and administration of financial systems, including ERP platforms and related applications
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of financial data across all systems
• Assist in the preparation and generation of financial reports, dashboards and analysis to support decision-making
• Support month-end and year-end processes and recommend system-based solutions for increased efficiency
• Assist in developing user guides, conducting basic training and supporting end-users
• across divisions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and audit requirements through proper system usage

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field
• At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within a corporate environments
• Practical experience working with ERP systems
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting and data management
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and good analytical capability
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
