Senior Housekeeper

Navini Island, a boutique resort in the Mamanuca Islands, is seeking an enthusiastic person to fill the position of Senior Housekeeper.

This role is responsible for assisting with and overseeing housekeeping and laundry operations. Supervise, train and ensure a high standard is upheld. Productivity, hygiene, workplace safety, and quality control are maintained. Liaising with the purchasing officer for orders, maintaining stock and stock control. General cleaning and preparation of guest and management bures, and laundry work. Other duties as assigned. The successful candidate must be well-presented, a team player, willing to work flexible hours and duties, eager to learn, friendly, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar position is required. 

This position offers a competitive starting salary and is island-based, with accommodation and meals provided. Days off arrangements are flexible.
