Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operation of pastry and bakery section operations to ensure food items are prepared in a timely manner, the team is ready for meal service and items are cooked to order and prepared and served in a timely manner to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
Undertake the daily/weekly stock-take of Pastry/Bakery section provisions, reporting results to the Executive Chef
E nsure all kitchen team members receive training to maintain standard levels of hygiene, food preparation, pastry production and decoration of all pastry and bakery products
Take part in product development and quality control standards monitoring
