Head Baker
A Head Baker leads bakery operations, manages the baking team, develops recipes, and ensures high-quality, consistent baked goods.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including, Breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, and plated desserts
Decorate and present baked goods in a creative and visually appealing manner
Innovate and test new recipes based on seasonal ingredients, guest feedback, and culinary trends with Pastry Chef
Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies; notify chef when items need replenishing
