Goolma Ltd which operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort is seeking applications from a range of qualified and experienced professional candidates for the following position to be based at Paradise Cove Resort:

The Role: Yacht Stewardess (Sole/Lead Stewardess)
Join our small, dedicated crew of three on Piper Rose, a beautiful air-conditioned Leopard 48 catamaran offering a unique hybrid yacht-and-resort experience in the stunning Yasawa Islands. As the Yacht Stewardess, you will deliver five-star service with a relaxed, barefoot-Fiji vibe. Guests enjoy private yacht adventures by day and resort-level luxury by night, with full access to Paradise Cove Resort facilities.
This is a hands-on role on a smaller vessel — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, guest interaction, and working as part of a close-knit team.
Vessel: Leopard 48 Catamaran “Piper Rose”
Location: Yasawa Islands, Fiji (based between Paradise Cove Resort, Octopus Resort & Blue Lagoon)
Contract: Year round
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform some daily housekeeping for all guest cabins (4 ensuites), the saloon, heads, and exterior areas
  • Table service for meals (occasionally onboard)
  • Bar service, cocktail preparation, and hosting sunset drinks, basic cocktail knowledge required.
  • Co-ordinating housekeeping services from the resorts, and logistics and supplies from our mainland team
  • Maintaining impeccable presentation and attention to detail throughout the yacht
  • Assisting with provisioning and inventory
  • Doing guest checkouts and check ins on our property management system, taking payments on eftpos machine.
  • Anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
  • Coordinating with resort teams for meals ashore, activities, and guest transfers
  • Assisting with water toys (paddleboard, kayak) and snorkelling equipment when required
  • General deck and guest area upkeep to keep Piper Rose looking pristine

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous yacht stewardess experience (preferred) or strong luxury hospitality background (5-star hotel/resort or private villa)
  • Excellent housekeeping and service standards
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused personality
  • Ability to work well in a small team of three
  • Flexible and adaptable — comfortable with both yacht and resort environments
  • Physically fit and able to work in a tropical climate
  • STCW Basic Safety Training (or willingness to obtain) is an advantage
  • Food hygiene certificate is a plus
