Carpenters Shipping is a well-established shipping & forwarding Agency and heavy transport and logistics business. We are seeking to employ experienced and a proactive individual for the Airfreight Export Officer role to be based in Nadi.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and lodge export documentation through the ASYCUDA World system for all outbound shipments.
Ensure compliance with Fiji Revenue & Customs Service (FRCS) regulations and international trade laws.
Liaise with clients, freight forwarders, airlines, and other stakeholders to coordinate timely cargo dispatch.
Verify export invoices, packing lists, and permits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor shipment statuses and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain records of all export transactions for audit and reference purposes.
