Job Title: Export Officer Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process export documentation, including airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other customs paperwork.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, airlines, customs authorities, and clients to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
Verify shipment details, weights, and packaging to comply with airline and customs requirements.
Ensure all export activities adhere to company policies, international trade regulations, and customs laws.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve any issues related to customs clearance, documentation discrepancies, or shipment delays.
Maintain accurate records of export transactions and prepare reports as required.
