HOSPITALITY ALL-ROUNDER

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Hospitality All-Rounder to join our team. Based at Port Denarau, you’ll work across our range of products, providing hospitality support wherever needed to meet operational requirements. This could mean being an Activities Co-ordinator on an Island one day and a barman or a steward on a cruise ship the next!

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide relief cover and hospitality support across our products
• Deliver friendly, professional guest service and maintain presentation standards
• Work with different teams and adapt to changing daily assignments
• Follow company procedures and maintain safe working practices.

 ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous hospitality, food and beverage, housekeeping or customer service experience preferred.
• Bar experience would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a positive, practical approach.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working aboard vessels.
• Able to safety carry out physical duties and complete required training
• Able to work away from base for extended periods when required.
