What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook dishes according to resort standards and recipes.
Ensure your section runs smoothly during service.
Support the team in maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and take initiative in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years’ experience in a similar role (resort or hotel experience an advantage).
Strong culinary skills and a good understanding of kitchen operations.
Confidence to work independently while supporting the team.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
