Plantation Island Resort is seeking a skilled and passionate Commis Baker to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of fresh breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong baking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality products consistently. Working closely with the kitchen team, the Baker will help ensure guests enjoy fresh, appealing, and delicious baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, efficiency, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
