This position is responsible for the efficient and effective processing and coding of external examination scripts.  Key Responsibilities The position will achieve its purpose through the following key responsibilities. Working with relevant staff and service providers, in accordance with legislative requirements: 1. Ensure all examination scripts received are verified and recorded against the supervisor attendance roll. 2. Code examination scripts against the ‘Master Centre List’ to identify appropriate markers. 3. Allocate scripts to appropriate markers. 4. Check marking the marked scripts to identify any irregularities/errors; refer all irregularities/errors to the education officer for approval. 5. The position provides a range of logistic and administrative support for the packing and delivery of external examination scripts.  Key Responsibilities The position will achieve its purpose through the following key responsibilities: 1. Ensure all external examination scripts are counted, packed in the security bags and labelled as per the relevant forms and records. 2. Inspect the examination materials prior to loading to ensure that packing specifications are met. 3. Load and transport the examination packages with the police escort and dispatch it to the respective Education Officer. 4.
