About the Role
The Energy Sales Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, and selling energy solutions (e.g., solar, storage, efficiency, or retail contracts) to commercial, industrial, or residential customers. They bridge the gap between technical teams and customers to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Actively source, pitch, and close new sales opportunities within the target market.
Convert qualified leads into sales through consultative selling techniques.
Proactively identify and engage with customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar/battery solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to formalize solutions and create winning proposals.
Keep abreast of market fundamentals, energy pricing, and regulatory changes (e.g., RET, NETCC, CEC, STC/LGC markets).
