The Role - Reservations Consultant - (Suva)

We have an exciting and fast paced opportunity for Global Reservations Agents who support the sales experience by providing expertise to enhance our guests’ journeys though a range of products, services and destinations. As our first point of contact ambassadors, Reservation Agents enable guests to personalize and customize their unique journeys by deepening connections with existing clients and partners as well as by building relationships with new ones. In addition to generating sales, responsibilities include creating flight, accommodation and reservations details via phone and email with high accuracy. Super communication and interpersonal skills ensure solutions are found in the event of changes in circumstance or requirements. A team role, Agents support and interact with their colleagues from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle sensitive situations with empathy while identifying customer needs
  • Provide solutions and problem-solve in complex scenarios

Technical & Administrative

  • Create flight, accommodation, and reservation details via phone and email with high accuracy
  • Proficient use of PC systems and reservation platforms
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all bookings

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Work autonomously and as part of a global team
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and requirements
  • Previous experience includes a role in travel/ sales /customer service.
  • An interest in travel or exciting experiences around the world.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service though sales.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team including collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment is critical.
  • A fast leaner who can master multiple new systems.
  • Proficiency at multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are strong assets.

Essential Skills & Experiences
