Roles Description: This is a full-time role for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor to join our Group Internal Audit team based at out Head office in Lami . This role is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes across the organization.
Plan, execute and lead internal audit assignments across business units.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Prepare clear and concise audit reports with practical recommendations.
Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Support fraud investigations and special audit assignments where required.
Provide coaching, guidance and mentoring to junior auditors to develop their skills and capabilities.
