Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

The Role

Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is looking for two clear thinkers who are equally strong in content writing and content design. You will help build the documentation and knowledge foundation for our new end-to-end credit management application, PRISM.

These are excellent opportunities for recent graduates who enjoy turning complex information into clear, useful, and visually well-designed content. You will write, structure, and design the full suite of materials that support PRISM, working as core members of our new in-house Artefacts Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help set up the new Artefacts Team and shape how we create and manage content
  • Write and maintain a full range of materials, including:
    • Product documentation (feature descriptions, roadmaps, capability overviews)
    • Technical documentation (diagrams, API notes, data flows)
    • Maintenance and release guides
    • User and training materials (manuals, onboarding guides, quick-reference sheets)
    • Frameworks and policies
  • Apply strong content design principles — clear hierarchy, scannable layouts, consistent visual language, and purposeful use of diagrams and visuals
  • Develop and improve templates, style guides, and content standards so every deliverable is consistent and professional
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate information and turn it into accessible, well-structured, and well-designed content
  • Take part in workshops and meetings to capture content needs
  • Keep all content well-organised, version-controlled, searchable and easy to find
  • Continuously improve templates, tone of voice and content processes
  • Create and refine diagrams, flowcharts, process maps, and simple visual assets that support the written content.

Skills and experience required:

  • Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours (Ideally from 8 pm to 5.00 am FJT).
  • Recent graduate with a degree in a writing or research-focused subject (e.g. English, History, Philosophy, Politics, Journalism or similar)
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills
  • Strong content design instincts — ability to organise information visually so it is easy to scan, understand, and use
  • Experience creating or refining diagrams, document layouts, templates, or simple visual aids (academic, internship, or freelance work is welcome)
  • Ability to turn complex information into clear, user-friendly content
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Curious, proactive and comfortable in a growing, changing environment
  • Confident working with both technical and non-technical people
  • Eager to learn new systems, tools and terminology (including digital and AI tools)
  • Any experience in documentation, digital content or content management (including academic, internship or freelance work)
  • Familiarity with agile or product environments
  • Experience with tools such as Confluence, Notion, SharePoint or Markdown
  • Interest in fintech, credit or enterprise systems

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Competitive salary package
  • Medical benefits
  • 24/7 transportation
  • Ongoing career development and training
  • A secure career with a fast-growing company
  • Inclusive workplace culture
  • International travel
