Spa Manager (Matamanoa Resort)

SPA MANAGER -MATAMANOA ISLAND RESORT

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Spa Manager to live on the island, lead and manage the spa team, maintain excellent guest service, and help grow spa bookings and revenue.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Spa or hospitality experience
• Strong team leadership skills
• Experience managing spa therapists or attendants
• Professional, organised, and guest-focused
• Able to support bookings and spa revenue

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Knowledge of spa operations, bookings, and revenue
• Professional, organised, and guest-focused
• Relevant qualifications in spa, beauty, or hospitality
• At least 5 years' experience in spa or hospitality management
• Graduate of Spa Academy Fiji or previous spa manger or similar supervisor experience
• Experience in a resort environment and in a managerial position
