Plumber

Goolma Ltd which operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort is seeking applications from a range of qualified and experienced professional candidates for a Plumber to be based at Paradise Cove Resort, Fiji's Premier Island Getaway.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings across resort facilities, guest rooms, and staff quarters
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults promptly to minimize disruption to guest services
• Conduct routine inspections of water supply, drainage, and wastewater systems
• Support preventive maintenance schedules in line with resort engineering standards
• Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing codes, health, and safety standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance callouts, including after-hours emergencies when required
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and maintenance logs
• Work collaboratively with the wider Maintenance team and other departments

Requirements

• Trade Certificate in Plumbing from a recognized tertiary institute
• Full Plumbing License (current and valid)
• Minimum 2–3 years' relevant work experience, preferably within a resort, hotel, or similar hospitality/commercial setting
• Willingness to be based on-site (island-based position) and work flexible hours
• Sound knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
• Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor/tropical island environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
