Corporate Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a travel professional with a strong background in corporate travel management, excellent customer service skills, and expertise in using the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for corporate clients.
Provide professional travel advice and customized travel solutions.
Book and manage flights, accommodations, transfers, and other travel-related services.
Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, reissue and urgent travel requests efficiently.
Ensure compliance with client travel policies and industry regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the travel industry.
Demonstrated experience managing corporate travel accounts.
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is essential.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate travel arrangements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
