The Role 

Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as an L&D Operations Executive.

The L&D Operations Executive is a key member of the team, responsible for providing high-quality operational and administrative support for learning and development activities across the organisation.

This role involves the effective coordination and administration of learning programmes, ensuring training is delivered efficiently, records are accurately maintained, and employees have access to engaging, compliant, and effective learning solutions. You will also support the creation and management of digital learning content, including e-learning resources, while maintaining learning systems, qualification records, and further education programmes.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will manage learning processes from planning through to completion, provide timely communication and reporting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning initiatives and employee development.

Operating within a regulated environment, you will ensure all learning activities are delivered in line with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls, while supporting compliance and minimising operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Learning & Content Development
    • Develop training materials using a range of learning methods, including e-learning, classroom, virtual and self-directed learning.
    • Design and maintain e-learning modules and other digital learning resources using appropriate authoring tools.
    • Work with subject matter experts to create and update engaging, accurate and compliant learning content.
    • Upload, test and maintain learning content within the Learning System.
    • Support the review and maintenance of compliance training content to ensure it remains accurate and up to date
  • Learning Administration & Coordination
    • Coordinate and administer all learning and development activities, ensuring accurate records and timely completion.
    • Manage the L&D inbox, responding to queries and directing requests as appropriate.
    • Coordinate training schedules, communications and logistics for learning activities.
    • Manage learning administration processes from enrolment through to completion.
    • Process learning-related invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Provide ad hoc L&D support and contingency cover for other team members as required.
    • Coordinate mandatory regulatory training and communicate training requirements to employees.
    • Support across functionally as required in relation to administrative duties
  • Learning Systems, Qualifications & Further Education
    • Maintain accurate learning records, qualification records and training data within the learning system.
    • Monitor mandatory training, qualifications and professional certifications, ensuring timely completion and renewals.
    • Produce learning and compliance reports to support managers and business needs.
    • Take ownership of the Further Education programme, coordinating applications, tracking progress, tracking budget and maintaining records.
    • Communicate with employees, managers and education providers regarding Further Education and learning activities.
    • Working closely with the Chief People Officer in relation to L&D trends, analysis and budget tracking.

Skills and experience required:

  • Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours (Ideally from 8 pm to 5.00 am FJT).
  • Learning Administration Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning records across all systems and registers.
  • Learning System Management: Maintain accurate course, learner and reporting information within the learning system.
  • Learning Material Quality: Prepare accurate, engaging and accessible learning materials across different formats.
  • Reporting & Data Quality: Produce accurate learning reports and maintain reliable training data.
  • Customer/ Client feedback.
  • All compliance exams completed within appropriate period
  • L&D admin or Operations Experience in a Financial Services Environment
