The Role - Reservations Consultants (Suva)

We have an exciting opportunity for Global Reservations Agents to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll support the sales experience by providing expert guidance that enhances our guests' journeys across a range of products, services, and destinations.

As a first point of contact ambassador, you'll help guests personalize and customize their unique travel experiences while deepening connections with existing clients and partners and building relationships with new ones. Your responsibilities will include generating sales and creating flight, accommodation, and reservation details via phone and email with high accuracy.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you'll find solutions when circumstances or requirements change. As part of a global team, you'll collaborate and interact with colleagues from around the world.

Key responsibilities

  • Strong customer service focus and a genuine interest in helping people. For this role, you must be proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive/emotive situations while identifying and fulfilling the customers' needs.
  • You will enjoy working through problems and providing solutions in a complex environment.
  • A desire for ongoing learning and self-education.
  • You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional PC skills and experience with complete systems.
  • High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills.
  • Clear written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Exposure or similar experience will be an added advantage.

  • Year 13 pass and pass in English.
  • An interest in travel or exciting experiences around the world.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service through sales.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team including collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment is critical.
  • A fast learner who can master multiple new systems.
  • Proficiency at multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are strong assets.
