The USP Emalus Campus delivers the University’s strategic objectives locally and supports Vanuatu, as a USP Member Country, in the social, economic, and cultural development of its students and communities. The University is seeking to appoint a Facilitator, Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE). The appointee is expected to take a leading role in developing all processes related to the delivery of ECCE programmes in Vanuatu. Specifically, the Facilitator will support the administration of assigned courses, including marking assessments, compiling results, uploading materials to Moodle, regularly updating mark sheets, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The Person we Seek

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or
  • A qualification in training & assessment such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; Training of Trainers; and International Skill Training
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience or
  • Knowledge and experience of competency-based training and assessment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ICT skills and experience
  • Team player
  • Must be a citizen of one of the member countries of the University

The position is available for a term of three (3) years and may be renewed by mutual agreement.

Salary Range

  • VUV2,567,652.35 to VUV2,937,543.65 per annum
