ROLE OVERVIEW
Seeking a proactive and organized SALES COORDINATOR. This role plays an important part in supporting sales operations, managing small groups, coordinating famils and ensuring seamless experiences. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, a passion for customer service and the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams, agents and industry partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative & operational support to the Sales team for efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate agent, group, corporate, and FAM bookings from enquiry to delivery, ensuring accurate CRM and booking records.
- Liaise with internal teams and industry partners to support sales delivery, including collateral, event coordination, reports, proposals, and customer communications.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in sales, administration, reservations, tourism, hospitality or customer focused role
- Qualifications in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field are advantageous.
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach
