About the Role

Fabrics Plus is a fabric wholesaler that imports quality textile products from Asia, and on-sells them to retailers across the Pacific Islands and New Zealand.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team, based in our Fiji office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in the fabric industry who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

The role may require travel to other Pacific Island markets, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships across diverse communities and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and develop new business opportunities in the fabric and textile sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Fiji and the Pacific Islands
• Represent the company at trade visits, client meetings, and industry events
• Identify market trends and provide insights to support marketing strategies
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within a fabric or textile retail environment
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and textile products
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Confident, professional, and personable with a customer-first approach
• Willingness and ability to travel to Pacific Island nations as required
• A self-starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule

Requirements

• Currently based overseas? Candidates who are willing to relocate to Fiji are encouraged to apply — relocation support will be discussed as part of the offer
• A clean Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement
• Valid driver's licence and valid passport.
• This role involves frequent travel and may require lifting and carrying sample materials; candidates should be able to meet these physical demands
