Retail Branch Manager – Sales & Marketing Operations at our Ranadi Branch in Honiara, Solomon Islands. - Lead Growth. Drive Performance. Build Success

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving branch profitability, sales growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening IEL's market presence while ensuring the branch operates efficiently, safely, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

The Branch Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales performance and business growth.
  • Managing day-to-day branch operations.
  • Overseeing inventory control and supply chain activities.
  • Managing branch financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing branch employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and company policies.
  • Delivering high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' management experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and commercial management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing operational activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting systems.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience within wholesale, retail, agriculture, engineering, hardware, or industrial supply sectors.
  • Inventory and supply chain management experience.
  • Project management experience.
