LOCATION: Suva

KEY DUTIES:

  • Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals and consultation with Line Managers
  • Design, develop and deliver engaging training programs aligned with organisational goals
  • Develop and implement effective induction and customer service training programs
  • Create training manuals, modules and materials to support learning initiatives
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops and on-the-job trainings
  • Monitor evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements 
  • Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements and relevant training schemes (including FNU Grant where applicable)
  • Work closely with operational teams to strengthen service delivery through training interventions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field
  • Registered Training Officer would be an added advantage
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Training & Development or similar role
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives
  • Valid Group 2 Driver's License
