LOCATION: Suva
KEY DUTIES:
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals and consultation with Line Managers
- Design, develop and deliver engaging training programs aligned with organisational goals
- Develop and implement effective induction and customer service training programs
- Create training manuals, modules and materials to support learning initiatives
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops and on-the-job trainings
- Monitor evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements and relevant training schemes (including FNU Grant where applicable)
- Work closely with operational teams to strengthen service delivery through training interventions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field
- Registered Training Officer would be an added advantage
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Training & Development or similar role
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives
- Valid Group 2 Driver's License
