KEY DUTIES:
Recruitment & Selection
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities
- Preparing and posting job advertisements
- Screening applications and coordinating interviews
- Conducting reference checks and onboarding activities
- Assisting with workforce planning and staffing requirements
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Assisting with disciplinary matters, counselling and employee grievances
- Preparing HR letters including warning letters, confirmation letters and employment contracts
- Providing support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives
HR Administration
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Preparing HR reports, trackers and analystics
- Coordinating probation reviews and performance management processes
General Coordination
- Liaising with various departments and business divisions
- Supporting HR projects and strategic initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in HR administration or coordination role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment relations
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR administration will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Passport required for business travel
