LOCATION: Suva

KEY DUTIES:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, initial interviews and coordination with hiring managers
  • Lead onboarding processes for new hires through induction and training
  • Liaise with department heads to support performance review cycles and implement feedback mechanisms
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organise internal events that enhance team culture
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal standards across all HR activities
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse employee groups
  • Valid group 2 driver's license
