Foreign Exchange Tellers - MH Money Express Pte Limited

MH Money Express Pte Limited, a super-agent of MoneyGram and foreign exchange dealer has exciting opening for a dynamic and suitably qualified position to be based in Suva. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all financial and customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner within the established guidelines and policy
• Act as the central point for all enquiries regarding foreign exchange rates and MoneyGram money transfer service
• Complete money transfer transactions ensuring that all appropriate information and ID is collected from the customer
• Maintain effective filing systems and records and ensure paperwork and documentation is completed and subsequently filed or passed to the customer as appropriate
• Inform customers about foreign currency regulations and compute transaction fees for currency exchanges
• Ensure that all monies received are stored securely within the  retail unit

Requirements:

• A pass in form six with an accounting background
• Have at least two years experience in a similar role, preferably in foreign currency cash and travelers cheque handling
• Must have some knowledge of Exchange Control Act of Fiji
• Must have strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust within customers
• Ability to use basic computer programs such as MS Word, Excel and E-mail
