standards of service, safety, and financial accuracy never sleep. We are seeking a detail-oriented,
trustworthy, and welcoming Night Auditor to manage our overnight operations.

The Role

As a Night Auditor, you will be the custodian of the resort during the overnight hours. You will balance
the day’s financial transactions, assist late-arriving or early departing guests with signature island
warmth, and ensure the resort remains safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Auditing: Balance, close, and verify daily shift accounts; process end-of-day
reports; and prepare accuracy logs for the morning management team.
- Guest Services: Act as the primary point of contact for guests overnight, handling check-ins,
check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
- Resort Operations: Manage the front desk, handle overnight phone calls, and coordinate
with night security and maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
- Department Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare the
property for morning arrivals and address urgent issues.
- Shift Handover: Prepare a detailed summary of night operations and follow-up tasks to hand
off to the morning shift
- Problem Solving: Efficiently resolve any guest concerns or administrative discrepancies that
arise during the shift.

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar hospitality/accounting
role. Attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Exceptional communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently, stay alert, and manage time effectively throughout the night
shift.
- Should be able to work under pressure and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in an island resort environment is a plus.
