What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, bookings, and requests.
  • Handle check-outs and billing processes efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about resorts facilities and local attractions.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and responding to needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
