Goolma Ltd which operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort is seeking applications from a range of qualified and experienced professional candidates for the following position:

RESIDENT SOLO MUSICIAN

About the Role

We are seeking a talented, experienced, and self-driven female musician to join our island resort entertainment team on a full-time basis. As our resident artist, you will be the heartbeat of our evening atmosphere — performing nightly for our guests through intimate solo sets and dynamic band performances. This is a rare opportunity to live and perform in a breathtaking tropical setting, crafting unforgettable musical experiences for guests from around the world.

What You’ll Do

•    Perform live solo sets during late-afternoon sundowners and evening dining experiences
•    Front the resort's in-house band for weekend shows and special events running into the late night
•    Curate and adapt set lists to suit the mood, audience, and occasion — from mellow acoustic to full-energy performances
•    Manage your own schedule, preparation, and equipment with minimal supervision
•    Represent the resort's brand through professional, warm, and guest-focused performance

Who We're Looking For

•    Seasoned female musician with a minimum of 3 years of professional performing experience
•    Confident, versatile vocalist — equally at home performing solo acoustic and fronting a live band
•    Strong command of a broad repertoire spanning multiple genres (pop, soul, jazz, island,             contemporary)
•    Proven ability to read a room and adapt performance energy to guest needs
•    Excellent self-starter with outstanding time management and personal discipline
•    Comfortable working late-afternoon through late-night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
•    Instrument proficiency (guitar, keys, or equivalent) strongly preferred
•    Professional, personable, and able to engage warmly with resort guests
•    Comfortable with resort/island living

This is an on-site live-in role with shared accommodation.
