Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking seven enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing team as Test Analysts.

As a Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mortgage servicing systems. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and deployment teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the core product suite and design test cases based on provided requirements to verify developed functionality
- Understand, Analyse, and develop complex test data sets
- Collaborate with developers, program management, and design teams on technical implementation and user scenarios.
- work with deployment teams to resolve issues in the system.
- Define and propose tools, techniques and processes for automation testing of the platform.
- Working within Azure DevOps to ensure that an automated regression pack is built and is run as part of builds and deployments
- Contribute to the design & automation of RestApi tests using Postman and Newman
- Contribute to the design & automation of the PRISM application with tests written in Cucumber, developed in Java & run in Selenium, using the IntelliJ IDE
- Ownership of assigned tasks, overseeing test design, execution & reporting for delivered features
- Being the sponsor for identifying defects, ensuring that bugs are given the appropriate severity & visibility across the wider delivery team and retesting when possible
Skills and experience required:
- Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours (Ideally from 8 pm to 4.30 am FJT).
- Currently in your 3rd year of studies, about to graduate, or already have experience in testing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Good documentation skills both technical and operational/process mapping etc
- Ability to work in Agile frameworks but adaptable and confident enough not to be driven by process or methodology for its own sake.
- Clear and demonstrable ability to identify problems and work with colleagues to find appropriate solutions collaboratively
- OOP development basics (classes, objects, inheritance, interface)
- Selenium WebDriver; identifying locators: CSS, XPath (writing robust, maintainable selectors), Synchronization (explicit waits), page navigation & interaction, structuring using a Page Object Model framework
- Knowledge of financial lending beneficial
- Experiencing in developing automated test systems and understanding of the cloud infrastructure environment.
- Ability to handle high pressure and fast paced situations
