Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handling outbound calls for our clients and positively representing their brand.
  • Focused on building and maintaining referrer networks making about 200 referrer calls per day.
  • Being a reliable team player with a helpful and positive attitude.
  • Offering a warm phone presence, bringing your best self to work.
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Follows the approved script and ends with a CRM update with no exceptions.
  • Driving lead flow and supporting the sales team in converting qualified opportunities.
  • Compliance with the Service Level Agreement and focused on customer loyalty.
  • Ability to deliver product knowledge to customers, incorporating all company services.
  • Ability to find solutions when there are changes in circumstances or requirements.
  • Strengthening existing guests’ relationships while building new connections with potential guests.

Essential Skills & Experiences:

  • Prior experience working in a Call Centre is essential.
  • Prior experience with outbound calls is preferred.
  • Prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Confident, high-volume phone communicator and is comfortable hitting 200 calls per day.
  • Friendly, professional manner that builds rapport quickly with referrer professionals.
  • Disciplined and consistent who follows the script and CRM process on every call.
  • Strong attention to detail when capturing addresses, team sizes, and meeting days.
  • Comfortable using a CRM and standard office software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, combined with strong communication skills
  • Fast learner who can master multiple new systems, with proficiency at multi-tasking and adapting to changing circumstances .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment.
  • Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities .
