Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Lautoka Cane Producers Association is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including office management, administrative support, and coordination of daily activities to support the Executive Manager and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Manager and other staff members, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling confidential information.

·        Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance services.

·        Records Management: Maintain accurate and organized records, including member databases, financial records, and other important documents.

·        Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing member inquiries.

·        Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, and assist in preparing reports for the Executive Manager and the Board.

·        Project Assistance: Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives undertaken by the Association.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

·        Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Type: Full-time

Reporting: The Admin Officer will report to the Executive Manager of the Association
