LOCATION: Suva

KEY DUTIES:

  • Perform daily cash collections and ensure accuracy of records
  • Carry out banking transactions and maintain records
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry and document management
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence and internal documentation
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
  • Support the finance team with basic accounting tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant qualification required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Must have valid Group 2 driving license
